How to Make your Bust-line look bigger without surgery

Are you one of the many women out there stuffing your bras with tissues, or other material to make your bust look bigger? Here are some tips to look like you have a nice chest without much effort.

It seems that everyone wants to have bigger boobs. Everywhere you look on TV they are showing women having surgery to enhance their breast size, even in magazines the emphasis's show skinny women with big breasts.

If you can't afford to have the surgery, or don't want to have the surgery there are some ways that you can appear to have bigger breasts without undergoing the knife.

Choose the Right Size Bra

If you have the wrong size bra this will make your chest appear smaller, and be uncomfortable while wearing it. Go to a good store and be measured. Many women are wearing the wrong size bra without knowing it.

How to determine your Correct Bra size:

1. Get the measurement just below your breasts

2. Add 5 to the measurement you have from Step #1.

Round up the measurement to get an even number. So if your measurement was 30 you will add 5 to that number, then round it up to 36. Bras only come in even numbers.

3 .Now measure your Breast Size

This is the fullest part of your chest and bust.

4. Determine your Cup Size

This is the difference between #2 and your Breast size (#3).

Use the chart below to get your cup size.

Cup Size

0 to 1/2 inch AA

1/2 to 1 inch A

1 to 2 1/2 inches B

2 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches C

3 1/2 to 4 1/2 inches D

4 1/2 to 6 inches DD (E)

6 to 7 inches DDD (F)

7 to 8 inches G

Special Bra's

Pushup Bras

A Pushup bra will make your chest appear bigger and give you the cleavage that will make people think that you have bigger breasts. These will push the breasts upward and inward to make them appear bigger. Sometimes they will be padded to enhance the size of the breasts.

Push up bra's can be bought with filled with water inserts or under wires so that it's a more natural looking appearance. These types of bra's can make you look like you're a full size bigger.

Padded Bra

Padded bras with pre-made cups are another way that you can look like you have bigger breasts. You can buy these at almost any retail store. Again you will want to purchase the correct size bra.

Exercise and Posture

Exercise and posture will make your muscles around your chest firmer, which can help you appear to have bigger ones. Since Breasts are made of fatty tissue, you can't add inches to your breasts. These are some exercises that will help.

Push ups

1. Bench Press, using two - five pound sets of weights
2. Wall pushups: Do these like regular push ups except your pushing out from the wall. Stand facing the wall, and push your upper body away from the wall.

Good posture will also help your appearance. Suck in your tummy and keep your back straight. Keep good posture even while you're sitting, while it may feel un natural at first, after awhile it will be natural and you will maintain good posture even when your not thinking about it.

You don't have to have the risky surgery to look like you have a nice size chest and bust-line.
